TB Trainig specialises in wellbeing in the work place and Mental health training. We support companies empowering them to support their staff who have mental health problems, reduce stress related absences, reduce stigma and promote wellbeing.
In addition to this we also offer bespoke packages tailored for professionals as well as service users in every aspect of mental health as well as numerous other areas such as equality and diversity. The majority of our training packages are delivered face to face however we also provide e learning packages.
Expertise
After a career of over 10 years in mental health, specialising in suicide prevention the area of expertise for TB training is mental health, from all aspects. We dont offer off the shelf training each session is tailored to our clients needs, job roles and ability. We want to ensure that mental health is not a taboo subject, people feel empowered and capable of talking to and supporting their staff when it comes to mental health.
We have worked with numerous companies such as womens aid, barnardos and first 4 skills.
