I bring 30 years of experience in leadership, management, wellness, career growth, and professional training. I love variety, designing everything from a one-hour inspiring talk to a year-long training programme.

Beyond Work
When I’m not coaching or training, I spend time with my husband and stepdaughter in Thatcham, just outside historic Newbury. I’m also a big fan of coffee, margaritas, and a great book—because balance matters.
