What could they have done better?
Not a massive issue but providing a printed/web document of the buying process and where their services fit etc would have been helpful

James was our mortgage adviser, helping us to get the best rates available as well as help us to understand the entire process as first time buyers. He went through all of the options for our specific circumstances, provided excellent support and really made us feel comfortable when it came to getting a mortgage. I cannot stress how much of a difference James' guidance made overall
