Years of failings finally turned around
I’d been in court for years and spent almost all my life savings on solicitors and barristers only to encounter failure after failure from court and representation.
So I spent my last money on Totally ADR after a meeting with Craig and Julie which had impressed me. And self-represented with help on the day from Caleb who I couldn’t have done it without-and suddenly it turned around and they were listening to my child’s needs for the first time.
I have worked or liaised with Craig, Katie, Julie and Caleb and they all have a great attitude and talents. The team were able to immediately identify the concerns I had, and the problems that had happened with my case without me even telling them. They just ‘get it’, and it is such a relief to finally be “seen”.
Sometimes it is hard to get through on the phones because they may be in hearings with other clients, but they have always got back to me and kept me informed.
I have been impressed and reassured by their dedication and passion for what they do. Their knowledge and ability to strategise, work with you and keep it real with you, frankly surpasses that of most barristers and solicitors I have experienced. How they keep their energy up I don’t know, because they’re all always positive and proactive.
I think the difference they have made to me is demonstrated in the outcome we got in court, and also in how I feel- my emotional well-being as we go through proceedings is so much better. Will definitely keep using them :)
