Residential CDM Project

Scope:

Review a residential build scheme with 12nos. 3 bedroom houses and 3nos. 2 bedroom houses. Assess suitability of design and record significant risks.

1 day spent with designers of the scheme to understand the objectives and criteria for planning;

½ day presenting report to the project management team

Outcome:

Designed out traffic risk to completed scheme by adding a low-level kidney roundabout
Added an additional greenspace to the rear of existing plots by 4m2
