I specialise in investing in Buy To Let, HMO (house in multiple occupancy) and Commercial to Residential conversion properties that require refurbishment work. I help people that want to sell their properties quickly and help investors get a better return on their money.
I have 13 years experience in Project Management / Development Management in the construction industry and have the necessary skill set and experience to deliver these types of refurbishment projects for my portfolio and for investors.
I am looking for people who would like to invest and get a better return on their money. The minimum investment required is £20,000 on a loan agreement basis with an agreed interest rates (to be negotiated) and an agreed loan period (to be discussed and agreed).
