Summary
An experienced results-oriented business consultant and successful manager, Paul set up PHMC on the back of a well-rounded career spanning a range of sectors and in a variety of senior roles. He delivers business planning, mentoring and growth coaching, quality assessment and skills brokerage services.
Helping customers achieve major growth is the main focus, and great results have been acheived for more than 100 clients in the last 3 years. Much support is provided on an outcomes/ deliverables basis, not just day rates. I'm very happy to share risk with my clients.
I typically work with owners and senior management teams, challenging and validating ambition and aspirations, facilitating agreement on objectives among DIrectors and inputting practical advice and coaching to implement well-conceived plans for growth.
Excellent knowledge of funding opportunities at local and national level complements practical support through the introduction of grants and subsidies wherever available and advantageous to customers.
This is what customers say:
"Paul was very professional and helpful, especially to a techie turnedbusiness guy like me. He helped me focus on what's important, not on what's urgent. I can highly recommend him for helping your business grow." Perry Ismangil, Teluu on 21/03/2015
"Paul is not new to us but each time we engage him he always astounds us with his depth and breadth of knowledge. He is always helpful, considerate and professional. His ability to concentrate the mind on the important and focus attention on key factors is amazing. We are very happy that we were introduced to him and will certainly be engaging him again in the future." A Lofthouse, ALD Print Ltd. on 23/04/2015
