* One off HR support
We can chair formal meetings for you, act as a mediator - basically anything on a one off / short term basis. Other examples might include setting you up with HR/HR documentation for the first time, reviewing existing policies and procedures and/or any other short term work.
* HR Retainers
This is long term support, usually paid for on a monthly basis. We can work remotely, or onsite as part of the team or a bit of both! - We work around your requirements.
* HR Project Work
This might include change programmes, TUPE projects, Redundancy programmes, Mergers, setting up a new business - just some of the examples of project work that we can and have helped with.
* HR Mentoring
If you have newer members of the team, we can coach and upskill both HR staff and/or operational staff who deal with people issues.
* Training & Development
We can develop training courses, short workshops and any other training solution you may require. We work with some great training partners so are able to upscale as and when required.
* Coaching (both business and private clients)
We can work with people through the business or completey separately on an individual basis.
In terms of business coaching we do coaching at any leve of the organisation. We can coach Managers, Team Leaders, individuals as examples. Another example is that we work with a lot of senior professionals doing coaching, CV analysis, prepping for Chief Exec and board interviews, undertaking mock interviews and so on.
We also offer coaching to individuals on a private basis for those needing some support.

With Director level experience available to all clients, Inspire Excellence provides high quality and experienced HR support. Q: What locations do you work in?
A: We’re based just outside of Warrington. Many of our clients are in the North West, however we do have clients in the West Midlands, Essex and other areas of the UK. We work with some clients onsite and others we support remotely via email, phone, skype. Or we can do a mixture of the two! We’re happy to have a chat with you, to see how we can support you and your business.

Krystyna is the owner and founder of Inspire Excellence and has spent over twenty years working with people across a broad range of sectors. Krystyna has had plenty of experience of working with companies of all sizes from small SME’s to large global corporate organisations and has worked in all capacities within HR from being very hands on and operational through to sitting in board meetings and being key in setting the strategic direction and people strategy for the company.
As a Fellow of the CIPD and a Senior HR Professional working to HR Director Level, Krystyna is well placed to help individuals and businesses with all their HR needs. Having begun her HR career in hospitality as part of working in operations & management, Krystyna understands the importance of making HR work well with operations and tailors HR solutions accordingly. She works closely with her clients to ensure results that deliver.

Krystyna’s other huge passion is development and helping others achieve their aspirations. Over the years she has gained a number of training, coaching and development qualifications in addition to undertaking various certifications in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and psychology. Krystyna has been a mentor to many and she is also a certified Life Coach, an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner and a DiSC trainer.
