My role is to work in tandem with clients to support the business and the colleagues that work within it, developing the skills, structures, communications, leadership and growth. I concentrate on the processes that benefit your business - performance, talent, engagement, skills development, focussed recruitment. Yes there will be times when the less attractive policies (Absence managment, disciplinary, grievance, capability, etc.) will be necessary, but even these are opportunities for development.
