Life Support Medics is a professional training company owned, run and operated by professionals who are passionate about their work. We aim to provide a complete package to you and your company including First Aid, Automated External Defibrillators (AED), Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and Fire Courses. You get complete piece of mind knowing that everything is provided and support is available should you need it. Our head office is based in Liverpool, Merseyside however we run courses all over the country and have even run courses abroad including the likes of Nigeria, Bangladesh and United Arab Emirates.
We provide many courses primarily "in-house" at your specified work location. This means that we can pass savings on to you and reduce your overall costs and your staff costs for traveling to an external location. Should you need, we have external venues at specific locations for no extra cost. We provide all neccessary consumables so that you just pay one price without the need to pay for anything else.
It is strongly recommended that first-aiders undertake annual refresher training, over half a day, during any three-year FAW/EFAW certification period. Although not mandatory, this will help qualified first-aiders maintain their basic skills and keep up to date with any changes to first-aid procedures.
We ensure that your staff have numerous ways to keep they're knowledge current and as fresh as possible. We provide manuals for each delegate which is theirs to keep. The E-learning platform which can be accessed from any computer that has access to the internet (and flash). We also provide free* refrsher sessions for your staff to attend yearly to ensure they stay current with guidelines and information.
*Refresher courses are run at one of our training venues. We can provide refresher training at your venue for a small fee.
Our staff are all experienced in what they teach and as a company we are fully insured. We will monitor your certificate expiry dates for you and when its getting close we will let you know in advance so you can prepare your time and staff ready for their requalification.
