Why you need to be advertising a salary on a job…

I recently did a poll on LinkedIn to try and understand how important it is to advertise salary on a job advert.

Over 1000 people voted and 70% of people wouldn't apply without understanding the salary. That's a lot of companies missing out on excellent candidates.

To make matters worse job boards may filter out your job altogether or estimate the salary based on other jobs on the platform. That's one way to lose and confuse candidates.

After speaking to people it's clear candidates want transparency. The recruitment market is the busiest it has been in years you need to ensure your attracting the right people.
