How are you unique?
When you have a business which is similar to others in your area how do you ensure you stand out from the crowd?
If someone was to google your profession e.g. Electrician why would they choose you over any other Electricians in your area.

Choosing your USP can be quite difficult as (using the example above) what does an Electrician do differently to their competitors?
But there can always be something different.
Is there something potential customers would love, but you don't promote it, such as...

Replying to every message
Quote sent within 24 hours of the visit
Like above it may not be anything to do with how good you are at your profession, as people expect you to be able to do your job properly.
However of course your profession can come into it if you offer something no one else does.
How do you choose?
If you were faced with two different companies to help you with your back pain and therefore viewed chiropractors websites, how do you make a decision?
If you look at one website which shows you details of their business, their contact information and some images of their workplace. Then the next website shows exactly the same but also has a USP which guarantees to eliminate chronic pain forever.
