Another Myth Exposed

Another Myth Exposed

Elizabeth Walters over at TED talks exposes another myth.

This pervasive bit of nonsense is yet another example of how these mind worms can infect individual thinking and cause problems in the workplace.

” I am more left-sided than right, so am not good at this…”
This, along with other nonsense such as the change curve can genuinely allow people to categorise themselves in distinctly wrong ways.

This can cause them to be less resilient, risk averse and generally mistaken about their own strengths and weaknesses.

We see this delusional thinking at work constantly, it damages productivity, costs your business money and can make busy fools out of the best of us.

To find out more about how we enhance resilience, stoicism, staying power and strength of mind e-mail us now.
