Check with Google that your website is optimised for mobile devices. There can be a difference between what you see as a mobile friendly site and how Google sees it.
On 21 April 2015 Google will launch the most devastating update for 12 years.
The check can be done here https://www.google.co.uk/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/ and you can see how easy is it to view and navigate your website when viewed on a mobile phone. This Google test page shows you what to do in a step by step process.
