Feast and famine, boom and bust.
I've helped many freelance friends and business owners over the years as they have been buffeted between delivering and not having time to sell, and then having no delivery and all selling. I've helped them find balance when busy, to create a more continuous busy balance. And helped them put a better business development and client recruitment in place. Helped focus their efforts on the most enjoyable, profitable clients.
So now it's me.
