Mindset-HR Ltd's Testimonial

Having worked with Gemma and her team at Mindset now for just over a year we at Advanced Metalcraft Ltd have found the process and time well spent.

Starting off with looking at our current policies and procedures with regards to HR and helping us develop them as well as adding more robust systems has enabled the company to move past some of our biggest issues.

The company has been able to keep staffing levels by retaining the better staff members and has been able through the new systems and procedures to remove those that were a detriment to the company. This has meant that we could introduce employee benefits as well as look into new schemes that would again help to retain staff.

Also, due to new processes and procedures in place we have reduced our absence levels significantly meaning our clients and production rate is much higher than previously. Not to mention that the staff are more supported with their wellbeing and underlying health conditions.

Gemma and her team have been on hand whenever we have needed them to support us weather that be with answering a simple question or by providing more hands-on support with disciplinary matters.

Our contracts have been amended and we are now looking at our hiring process to bring it in line with our needs by introducing a new applicant tracking system to automate the candidate experience which will help us streamline this process and ensure compliant measures are implemented. Also help with employee branding and experience.

All in all we have found this process to be of a benefit.
