Experience.I am a (non practicing ) solicitor and have years of management experience having been , Director of Operations, COO and CEO of a national charity before retraining as a coach and psychoanalyst.
Having been in management for years I understand the demands and practicalities of senior managment jobs so I come to this with a business and strategic head but ,I am also caring and offer no judgement and will always look to give solution focused support.
