I am a Masters- qualified Senior HR professional with a successful pedigree in Corporate HR Leadership roles and now supporting businesses with the same energy and drive on a consultancy and interim basis. I offer a pragmatic, realistic, personable HR service aimed at engaging with senior decision-makers who want to ensure that firstly their businesses are HR-compliant and then support them as together we devise and implement people related projects to transform their businesses.In particular, I help create and then share a simple clear vision for the future and a robust plan to implement all of the elements which will help the business succeed by engaging and motivating their people.
