Sales training programmes will be designed and tailored bespoke to company requirements and strategy which will help build a confident sales team who will not only hit their targets but exceed them.

Expertise


In terms of experience, I have spent the majority of my career working in the brewing industry for Molson Coors, initially as an Account Manager and Prospect Account Manager but more recently as People Development Manager for the Independent on Trade. In this Learning and Development role I was responsible for building the capability and performance of the sales teams across the UK through the provision of high quality commercial training events and activities. As well as designing and delivering the training I was also responsible for the entire project and budget management. It is these skills, built up over the past 24 years that provide the basis for Chameleon Project UK’s service offering.

I was also responsible for individual coaching and delivering NLP workshops.
