During each hour I will guide you through
❤ A short easy movement exercise that will remove tension and create energy flow through the body to encourage your body to relax
❤ A few rounds of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) o calm your nervous system to help promote better sleep. The emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping is an alternative therapy where you use your fingers to tap points around your body and has been proven to help with pain, stress and anxiety, these things are often disruptors for good sleep.
❤The session will end with a powerful Yoga Nidra which includes breathwork and meditation that will leave you incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. Yoga Nidra has been shown to increase sleep time, improve sleep quality, and make it easier to fall (and stay) asleep. It is safe and unlike medication, the side affects are also beneficial; it may also help reduce blood pressure and ease pain, anxiety, and depression.Sessions run once a month for 4 days.
